Assessments have never been designed to be used in isolation. The best practices for assessment dictate that the information from clinical interview, background and relevant assessments be integrated to develop themes and ensure robust conclusions. I am happy to review clients’ previous assessments to interpret the results and discuss the validity for that particular client.
