PERSONAL GPS - NAVIGATION FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE
I like to move fast. My clients prefer the speed of light. The irony in the discipline of reflection is that slowing down allows you to speed up. We have no way to learn from our mistakes, gauge our progress, or ensure that we are headed in the right direction unless we take a moment to define our GPS and periodically ensure that we are following it. Here are some questions to get you started. Modify them or add to them until you have a personal GPS that reflects your personal goals and value system.
REFLECTIVE QUESTIONS TO HELP WITH MINDSET AND FOCUS
EVENING
Did you touch somebody today?
Did any of your stress come from blessings?
What are you proud of?
What can you change?
What do you need to let go of?
What made you smile?
What negativity do you need to replace with a better perspective?
Have you forgiven yourself?
AND FOR TOMORROW
What will you do differently?
Will you live according to your beliefs and priorities?
What will you do to make it amazing?
AND FOR THE LONG-TERM
Have you made peace with dying?
What do you need to do to live fully?
